We’re excited you’re interested in bringing a show to the Shoals Community Theatre stage!

Here’s a quick look at what we consider when choosing our shows and directors.

The show: Is it a good fit for Zodiac, our audiences, and our community?

The director: We consider your experience and whether it’s a good match for the show you’re proposing.

Your vision: Why this show, and how do you see it coming to life?

What it takes: Cast size, budget, technical needs, scheduling, and other logistics.

The bigger picture: We consider what we’ve produced recently, what other local theatres are doing, and how each show fits into the season as a whole.

There’s no magic formula or single deciding factor. We look at the whole picture to build a season that’s exciting, varied, and realistic to produce.
